A limited number of partial-tuition scholarships are awarded to students attending a Maguire Foundation partner high school. Recipients must achieve a minimum of a cumulative high school grade point average on a scale and be engaged in community service and/or extracurricular activities. An application for admission by the early deadline of November 1 is preferred. Applicants are required to complete the FAFSA and must have an Expected Family Contribution (EFC) of $15,000 or less. Scholarship application and essay are due by February 1.
These scholarships are open to all students who have a cumulative GPA of 80 or better and plan on entering SUNY Orange for the fall 2017 semester. Please note the President’s Scholarship for Outstanding Academic Achievement requires a minimum cumulative GPA of 92. Students who want to apply for any of these scholarships can do so by completing the online scholarship application. Students only need to complete one application, even if they want to be considered for more than one scholarship. In order for a student to receive consideration, they must fully complete a scholarship application (using the on line application form) by the deadline date of April 15, 2017. A fully completed application must also include two letters of recommendation from a high school teacher(s) and/or guidance counselor.
The Full-Time MBA Parent Grant has been established to provide support to registered graduate student parents who live with dependent children and demonstrate financial need. This grant is intended to close the funding gap for students who are not eligible for the parent grants offered through the Graduate Division and Berkeley International Office . Grant recipients will have funds applied toward their cost of attendance. This resource will be coordinated with other aid that you are receiving and as such may result in reductions to loan eligibility. Awards will vary. All parents are welcome to apply.
